Summer Camps
This Programme is aimed at including children 8-16 years with mild to moderate, intellectual and physical disabilities who live in Waterford City, in mainstream Summer Camps through the provision of Special Needs Assistants. This programme was first piloted in 2006.
Participating Camps to date are: WIT Summer Recreation Camp, VHI GAA Cúl Camps and FAI Soccer Camp.
Our 2010 Programme acknowledges the support of Waterford Combined Credit Unions, Waterford Sports Partnership and the participating Camps.
