Victoria Wilmott has been part of the Enterprise Team since March 2010. As a business owner, Victoria has encountered firsthand the challenges of setting up a new enterprise so has useful, hands-on experience that will help aspiring business owners to discuss and explore options for getting started in business. Victoria is very passionate about business and most importantly, experienced in areas that you may not be and can provide you with useful information that will help you with specific business challenges as well as helping you to plan a long-term strategy for your business.
Victoria is qualified in the field of enterprise and has a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree and a Masters in Business Studies specialising in Marketing. Victoria has also undertaken Business Enterprise Training in October - December 2008 and September 2009 and was the Chairperson for Waterford Micro Business Network from February 2009 to October 2010 so has extensive knowledge that is of practical relevance to meet the information needs of those setting up a business.

Tara has been part of the Enterprise Team since March 2010. A Qualified Financial Advisor and Member of the Life Insurance Association, Tara has over 20 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. Having spent her career working in Life Assurance, Pensions, Mortgages, Investments and most recently Bank Management, Tara brings a wealth of experience to her role as Business Mentor. Specialising in Business Initiatives and Plans Tara is delighted to share her expertise with individuals interested in setting up their own business or simply looking for assistance in developing an existing one.
"Once we get to the stage where a client is ready to set-up their own business we arrange for a Business Mentor to work one-to-one with the client". Samantha Richardson, Enterprise Co-ordinator, advises "this helps develop confidence as there is always someone available to discuss issues and problems".
