Performance Monitoring

All groups receiving grants from Waterford Area Partnership are required to give a Report to the Partnership on the completion of the programme, interim report may be required for large funding applications. The detail required will be based on the amount of funding received.

The purpose of the report is to confirm that the conditions of the grant were complied with and that the money was spent on the purpose for which the grant was approved. The level of reporting required will be indicated in Schedule C of the contract. The group will sign when they are awarded the grant.

In general the report will indicate the number of people who took part, broken-down by gender and target group. The level of success should be highlighted and problems encountered should be noted. Changes that would be made where a similar event to be held again should also be stated. In general the report should be something useful for the group itself to have as a reference for the planning of future events.

Groups should contact Jack Walsh, Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator for further information  on Tel:051 840013 or by email: Email address for Jack Walsh
